Captain[1] Icicle (also Mr. Icicle) is a golem from the Ice Kingdom.[2]
As part of the quest Everyone loves presents, you must defeat Icicle in order to retrieve the Lost Gifts. Once defeated Icicle will learn the err of his ways and assist the player and Ruby.
